Wendy Corzatt by far has to be the best realtor there could be. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to help us sell our house. Unfortunately there were a lot of issues with the sale of our home and this was due to septic issues and other things that were not due to any doing on Wendy's part. Wendy made sure that she either called or text me every time there was an update or question on anything. When things weren't looking the best she would get a hold of me and just check in and see if there was anything else that she could do for us at that time. She made multiple calls on our behalf since we moved out of town, helped me work with an attorney on another issue that came up and was just overall the BEST!!!! I would recommend Wendy Corzatt to any and all of my friends and family in need of a realtor. She is a wonderful realtor and an AMAZING person. Even though selling our home was not the best experience due to unforeseeable circumstances, Wendy went out of her way to make sure that it was the best that it could be and make sure that we could get the most out of it. When we moved to Burlington, Iowa from El Paso in 2017 we contacted Ruhl&Ruhl for our house hunting needs. Wendy Corzatt talked with us and showed us many properties when we arrived in Burlington. Wendy went above and beyond any job duties a typical realtor has. She has become a friend. Wendy brought her family to help us move on their weekend off, and honestly there are no words to describe how thankful we were. Wendy represented us both; us (seller) and the buyer and at no time did we feel that she was primarily working for the buyer - kept both of our interest in forefront. Not only did Wendy stick with us through the long selling process but also as we purchased our new home in which the seller did not want to use a realtor.
